Uji Aktivitas Bioherbisida Ekstrak Metanol Teki (Cyperus rotundus L.) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bayam Duri (Amaranthus spinosus L.)

Abstrak. Ekstrak umbi teki terbukti mengandung senyawa yang berpotensi alelopati karena mampu menghambat pertumbuhan gulma bayam duri. Pelarut merupakan faktor penting dalam proses ekstraksi senyawa. digunakan adalah metanol bersifat polar, dapat menarik polar dan nonpolar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas ekstrak pada beberapa konsentrasi terhadap dilakukan di Laboratorium Ilmu Gulma Jurusan Agroteknologi, Pendidikan Kimia Fakultas Keguruan Rumah Kasa Kebun Percobaan Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam Banda Aceh, dari bulan Juli hingga Oktober 2021. memakai Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola non faktorial dengan 6 perlakuan terdiri kontrol positif (2,4-D 0,686 kg b.a.ha-1); negatif (aquades) 5%; 10%; 15%; 20%. 3 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa 20% menekan tinggi konsentasi 10% jumlah daun diameter batang duri umur 28 HSA (hari setelah aplikasi). uji fitokimia menunjukkan steroid, alkaloid, fenolik flavonoid terkandung dalamnya.Bioherbicide Activity Test of Methanol Extract Nutsedge Purple (Cyperus rotundus L.)
