Alstonia scholaris is a medicinal plant from the Apocynaceae family. stem bark have some properties, but their effect on antidiabetics mechanisms still unclear. active compounds such as Echitamine, Beta Sitosterol, Lupeol, Alpha Amyrin Acetate, and Betulinic Acid. Present study was designed to find out best of A. potential therapeutics agent against diabetes mellitus. This involved molecular docking 3D structures those into GLUT-1 receptor protein, visualized result using Biovia Discovery Studio pharmacokinetics profile prediction analysis pkCSM web page. The show that Echitamine (-8,7 kcal/mol) lower energy compared glibenclamide (-9,6 kcal/mol). Based page, were good profile.
