Two new species of Staurogyne (Acanthaceae) from northern Myanmar

Summary Two new species of Staurogyne , S. yamokmehong J.R.I.Wood & K.Armstr. and filisepala from Hkamti District, Sagaing Region in northern Myanmar, are described illustrated. Notes on their affinities, conservation status habitat included. Attention is drawn to the medicinal uses by Shan Ni communities living District.
