Two-level vehicle path planning model for multi-warehouse robots with conflict solution strategies and improved ACO

With the rapid development of warehouse robots in logistics and other industries, research on their path planning has become increasingly important. Based analysis various conflicts that occur when robot travels, this study proposes a two-level vehicle model for multi-warehouse robots, which integrates static dynamic to improve operational efficiency reduce operating costs. In phase, blockage factor is introduced enhance ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm as negative feedback mechanism effectively avoid nodes during movement. stage, priority designed adjust routing strategy real time give optimal according situation. To evaluate model's effectiveness, simulations were performed under different environments application strategies based an actual grid environment map. The simulation results confirm proposed outperforms methods terms average running distance, number blocked nodes, percentage replanned paths, time, showing great potential optimizing operations.
