چکیده
In this paper, a moving sound source and receiver on an arbitrary trajectory are implemented in the two-dimensional finite difference-time domain (FDTD) method. Two methods proposed to implement point FDTD method which physically valid analysis is possible including Doppler effect. One direct other convolution The formulations numerical experiments made for field, accuracy of two compared. It confirmed that both can be applied effect, have almost same accuracy. found has advantage waveform speed freely changed at time when either or stationary.

Finite Difference Time Domain Simulation of Moving Objects
Normally in the finite difference time domain (FDTD) technique, stationaly objects are modeled in a time domain simulation as a field propagates around them, and possibly inside these objects. Tbis paper illustrates a method in which EM fields and a moving object can be modeled using the FDTD technique. By using a techniqne of dielectric approximation and intermediate step field movement, it is...

Ultra-short pulse is a promising technology for achieving ultra-high data rate transmission which is required to follow the increased demand of data transport over an optical communication system. Therefore, the propagation of such type of pulses and the effects that it may suffer during its transmission through an optical waveguide has received a great deal of attention in the recent years. We...
متن کاملSimulation of the Finite Difference Time Domain in Two Dimension
The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is one of the most widely used computational methods in electromagnetic. This paper describes the design of two-dimensional (2D) FDTD simulation software for transverse magnetic (TM) polarization using Berenger's split-field perfectly matched layer (PML) formulation. The software is developed using Matlab programming language. Numerical examples v...
متن کاملEquations for finite-difference, time-domain simulation of sound propagation in moving inhomogeneous media and numerical implementation.
Finite-difference, time-domain (FDTD) calculations are typically performed with partial differential equations that are first order in time. Equation sets appropriate for FDTD calculations in a moving inhomogeneous medium (with an emphasis on the atmosphere) are derived and discussed in this paper. Two candidate equation sets, both derived from linearized equations of fluid dynamics, are propos...
