Two Comprehensive and Practical Methods for Simulating Pan Evaporation under Different Climatic Conditions in Iran

Evaporation from surface water plays a crucial role in accounting of basins, resource management, and irrigation systems management. As such, the simulation evaporation with high accuracy is very important. In this study, two methods for simulating pan under different climatic conditions Iran were developed. first method, six experimental relationships (linear, quadratic, cubic, input combinations) determined Iran’s climate types, inspired by multilayer perceptron neural network (MLP-NN) neuron optimized genetic algorithm. The best relationship was selected each type, results presented three-dimensional graph. overall obtained method used as basic second correction coefficients other types using algorithm optimization model. Finally, validated data 32 synoptic weather stations throughout Iran. For error tolerance diagrams statistical showed that quadratic performed all conditions. To simplify graphs created based on axes showing relative humidity temperature, evaporation, drawn contours. semi-dry relationship. estimated lay between 0.8 1 dry, semi-dry, semi-humid, Mediterranean climates, 0.4 0.6 humid indicating one single cannot be to simulate validation confirmed
