In the article, author proposes concept of tutor education. The incentive for its construction is ambiguity picture modern education as a whole, although shares most principles tutor's approach. idea whole and approach in comparison with traditional paradigm are briefly characterized. position formulated that should become common cause tutor. accompany young person, help him educated, share his educational experience, support independence at same time, noticing latter has stopped development, figuratively speaking, try to bring out balance by initiating discussion circumstances, plunging into situation requires resolution next step development. an adult, independent, competent, ready political life saving planet, simply disposed live, enjoy it, well overcome difficulties, solve problems arise life. addition education, several more concepts introduced characterized: "cultural-semiotic environment", "cultures life" (cultures childhood adulthood), "life world", "development" (the processes "formation", proper development "completion" differ it), "personality evolution", finally, "modernity near future". These illustrated examples analysis two cases organization family (non-) school "Seekers" Pavel Shivarev spiritual revolution took place Florensky).
