Turbine Blade Three-Wavelength Radiation Temperature Measurement Method Based on Reflection Error Correction

چکیده

The turbine blade is a key component in an aeroengine. Currently, measuring the radiation temperature always requires obtaining emissivity of target surface advance. However, changes and reflected ambient cause large errors measurement results. In this paper, three-wavelength method was developed, without known emissivity, for reflection correction. Firstly, three-dimensional dynamic model established to describe based on real engine blade. Secondly, correction model, algorithm, independent proposed improve accuracy engine. Finally, experimental platform built verify method. Compared with three conventional colorimetric methods, achieved improved performance measurement, demonstrating decline maximum error from 6.09% 2.13% average 2.82% 1.20%. would benefit high-temperature blades.
