Tuning the organelle-imaging specificity of an aggregation-induced emission luminogen with reversible mechanochromism by ionization

چکیده
Two organic luminogens with aggregation-induced emission properties have been developed and their colors are switchable under external stimuli. In addition, they can selectively image lipid droplets mitochondria, respectively.

Red fluorescent luminogen from pyrrole derivatives with aggregation-enhanced emission for cell membrane imaging.
A dye emitted red fluorescence with aggregation-enhanced emission properties was reported here. It can be utilized to specifically recognize the cell membrane of MCF-7 and 293T cell lines during bio-imaging.

A new fluorene-based AIE-active gold(i) complex was designed and synthesized. The novel luminogen exhibits a crystallization-induced emission enhancement (CIEE) effect and reversible mechanochromic behavior with fluorescence changes between green and yellow emissions.

A targeted theranostic delivery system containing two prodrugs with drug tracking and activation monitoring functions was developed for visualizing cancer cell ablation with synergistic anticancer effects.
متن کاملOrganelle-specific bioprobes based on fluorogens with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics.
Bioprobes based on fluorogens with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics have been increasingly used in chemosensing and bioimaging due to their high sensitivity, photostability and biocompatibility. In this review, we summarize the design of cellular organelle specific (cytoplasm membrane, mitochondria, lysosomes, lipid droplets and nucleus) AIE bioprobes and their applications in...
