چکیده
• Graphene Oxide, enhanced Hummer technique, EDAX, FT-IR, Thin film, XPS, Raman. oxide (GO) sheets possess a 2D filiform structure and were indigenously synthesized via the methodology. It is accepted that redox approach may be distinctive technique to fabricate GO films as sheet on an expanded scale. Instrumental characterizations showed ready during this study had bi-directional lamellar layer thickness of 3–5 nm. FT-IR was carried out validate due incidence oxygen functional groups in films. The Raman spectra have been simulated get stable structure, groups. EDAX microanalysis, Elemental analyzer (EA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS) analyzed elements artificial substances. Moreover, morphology thin film delineated experimental study.
