چکیده
Keanekaragaman suku (etnis) yang terdapat di Indonesia sangat banyak dengan berbagai corak budaya berbeda satu sama lain, pengetahuan tradisional dan menjadikan sebagai negara kebudayaan. Masakan merupakan masakan dikonsumsi dari generasi ke rempah. hayati sumber komoditi niaga masa lalu, menarik minat para pedagang termasuk tumbuhan Penelitian dilakukan Nanggewer Mekar, Cibinong, Bogor. Mayoritas masyarakatnya yaitu Sunda, selain Jawa, Betawi. Mekar ini menambahkan rempah-rempah dapat menjadi ciri khas tersebut. Tumbuhan rempah dimanfaatkan bumbu terdiri 23 jenis dalam 19 marga 14 famili tumbuhan. tersebut meliputi: laksa, soto betawi, semur jengkol disajikan pada acara - tertentu.
