Turkey is one of the major global tourism markets. Recent research reveals that employees Turkish sector are dissatisfied with their jobs and employee turnover rates very high, even higher than other sectors. Employee job satisfaction retention crucial challenges face success therefore they in focus scholar interest. This study proposes to investigate extent which employees’ intention leave organization related perceived passive leadership behaviors.
