Unicameral bone cysts (UBCs) are benign lesions predominantly affecting children and teenagers. This case report highlights the rare occurrence of a simple cyst in proximal radius 29-year-old woman with pathological fracture. Although is an uncommon site for UBC occurrence, surgical approach required special care due to complex anatomical structures near fracture site. The management UBCs aims prevent or manage fractures, facilitate healing, recurrence, reduce risk refracture.
