We introduce a betting game where the gambler aims to guess last success epoch in series of inhomogeneous Bernoulli trials paced randomly time. At given stage, may bet on either event that no further successes occur, or exactly one is yet choose any proper range future times (a trap). When trap chosen, wins if only falls trap. The closely related sequential decision problem maximising probability stopping success. use this connection analyse best-choice with random arrivals generated by Pólya-Lundberg process.
