Translanguaging Framework for Deaf Education

In this conceptual article, the authors introduce Translanguaging Framework for Deaf Education (TFDE), drawing upon two perspectives on language and learning: crip linguistics critical translanguaging space. The TFDE is a retheorization of Language Zone, pedagogical framework supporting learning in deaf education, designed to support educators approach use users from an asset-oriented perspective. line with stance, validates linguistic resources students bring classroom encourages students’ full their communicative repertoires meaning making, while also working expand increase flexibility.
