Transformational Leadership Style of School Heads and Teachers’ Performance

The study sought to determine the School Heads Transformational Leadership style in terms of Inspirational Motivation, Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individualized Consideration identify level teacher performance based on IPCRF for Year 2021 – 2022 significant relationship between school heads teachers performance. This work used a descriptive correlational research design an adopted questionnaire by Sunaengsih (2021) gather necessary data. utilized Stratified Random Sampling using Slovins formula respondents. Respondents were from Balingasag South District, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental Division.
