The study sought to determine the School Heads Transformational Leadership style in terms of Inspirational Motivation, Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individualized Consideration identify level teacher performance based on IPCRF for Year 2021 – 2022 significant relationship between school heads teachers performance. This work used a descriptive correlational research design an adopted questionnaire by Sunaengsih (2021) gather necessary data. utilized Stratified Random Sampling using Slovins formula respondents. Respondents were from Balingasag South District, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental Division. Mean Standard Deviation heads. problem applied Frequency Percentage performance, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) was Style Results revealed that are Leaders, Most Outstanding, but has No Significant Relationship with Teachers Performance. well at their desires professional growth have nothing do kind leadership have.
