Transformational Leadership Competence of Principals in Improving Teacher Performance

This article aims to explain the competence of transformational leadership school principals in improving teacher performance at Daarul Qur'an Karanganyar Science High School. research method includes qualitative with an ethnographic design. The data extracted this is information and documents about competencies principals, including ideal influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, attention individuals improve performance.
