Digitalization transforms business by multiplying the channels of external and internal communication companies, influencing communication. Against this background, study differences in training digital environment audience is relevant. The article presents results a comparative course “Business Communication”, implemented system professional higher education online learning. At first stage research, register content characteristics was compiled, such as: topics; skills declared for formation, planned traditional format. second stage, analysis carried out according to parameters identified at stage.
