TRACTION MOTOR FOR FRONT LOADER CHASSIS

نویسندگان

چکیده

The purpose of the work is import substitution traction electric drives as part project to create in Chuvash Republic a serial production family front loaders with hybrid drive.

For most transport motors, operation high-torque motor mode not main operating mode, since vehicle acceleration carried out short time overcoming low-efficiency low-speed modes. A distinctive feature for chassis loader rearrangement priorities favor technological modes.
analytical results stage preliminary design each wheel transmission are presented. Based on calculations, it was found that given traction-dynamic, temperature and overall characteristics, efficient type engine NdFeB magnet motor, phase ratio 6, magnetic system radial supports, non-magnetic gap 3 mm, shroud based carbon filament, cooling forced liquid, highest efficiency 92% falls cycle heavy modes loader. cost manufacturing an axial higher compared cylindrical motors provided electromagnetic power equal.
choice fluxes different combinations rotor poles stator teeth substantiated. materials article illustrate diagrams fields distribution calculated at by finite element method, well dimensional drawing sketch performance transferred technical design.

Application of Speed Estimation Techniques for Induction Motor Drives in Electric Traction Industries and vehicles

Induction motors are the most commonly used in the traction industries and electric vehicles, due to their low primary cost, low maintenance costs, and good performance. Speed identification is needed for the induction motor drives. However, using of speed sensors in the induction motor drives is associated with problems such as, extra cost, reduced reliability, added mounting space, etc.. Ther...

Filters for Active Front End Motor Drives

Present day IGBT based power adjustable speed drives have fast turn-ON and turn-OFF times results in high dv/dt being applied to the motor terminals. The high dv/dt switching waveforms along with travelling wave effects of long cables stress motor insulation, cause high ground currents and affects the motor bearings. These issues are exacerbated in PWM Active Front End (AFE) rectifier based mot...

Cascade Control Solution for Traction Motor for Hybrid Electric Vehicles

In this paper a hybrid electric vehicle is considered, which contains both an internal combustion engine and an electric motor (EM). Without focusing on the other components of the vehicle, the EM is treated in detail, both regarding modelling aspects and control solutions. After a brief modelling of the plant, two cascade speed control solutions are presented: first a classical PI+PI cascade c...
