چکیده
Abstract In this paper, we propose a 2D-Weibull-Constant False Alarm Rate (2D-Weibull-CFAR) detection algorithm to solve the problem that detecting current underwater targets is difficult due influence of reverberation noise. Specifically, referring idea CFAR uses probability distribution reference units detect objects, paper introduces pixel noise into detector. After that, extracted estimated, and then adaptive threshold obtained achieve reliable targets. Finally, Hough transform extracts trajectory results. The experimental test shows in can false alarms missed hidden effectively target results show has higher accuracy lower alarm rate than comparison algorithm.

Moving Targets Detection Based on Moving Saliency Calculation
Moving targets saliency extraction is the key technology in moving target detection, tracking and recognition systems. In order to solve the problems for moving targets detection tasks, such as the background interference, target occlusion and so on, a new moving target detection method by moving saliency calculation is proposed. By the Quaternion Fast Fourier Transform, the proposed method fus...

متن کاملdetection of moving targets in stepped-frequency radars using dcft
one of the most common signals used for achieving high range resolution in radar is stepped-frequency signals. when a target is stationary in these radars, dft (discrete fourier transform) based processing is used to attain high range resolution profile (hrrp). however, in the case of moving target, due to spreading of the echo signal spectrum, dft based processing is not optimal and decreases ...

متن کاملA Biological Hierarchical Model Based Underwater Moving Object Detection
Underwater moving object detection is the key for many underwater computer vision tasks, such as object recognizing, locating, and tracking. Considering the super ability in visual sensing of the underwater habitats, the visual mechanism of aquatic animals is generally regarded as the cue for establishing bionic models which are more adaptive to the underwater environments. However, the low acc...
