The aim of this paper is to shed light on the question regarding whether integration an electric battery as a part domestic installation may increase its energy efficiency in comparison with conventional case. When included such installation, two types electrical conversion must be considered, i.e., AC/DC and DC/AC, hence corresponding losses due these converters not forgotten when performing analysis. whole system can increased if one mentioned avoided or simply dimensioning reduced. Possible ways achieve goal be: use vehicles DC suppliers, many home devices possible, LED lighting charging based renewables. With all mind, several scenarios are proposed here order have look at possibilities concerning AC powering. checking using real data, case study analyzed by operating electricity consumption mean values.
