Time-critical control applications typically pose stringent connectivity requirements for communication networks. The imperfections associated with the wireless medium such as packet losses, synchronization errors, and varying delays have a detrimental effect on performance of real-time control, often safety implications. This paper introduces multi-service edge-intelligence new paradigm realizing time-critical over wireless. It presents concept which revolves around tight integration access, edge-computing machine learning techniques, in order to provide stability guarantees under imperfections. articulates some key system design aspects edge-intelligence. also temporal-adaptive prediction technique cope dynamically changing environments. provides results robotic teleoperation scenario. Finally, it discusses open research challenges
