Total Quality Management for Competitive Advantage in the UAE

Purpose: The study purposed to examine the influence of total quality management on competitive advantage businesses in United Arab Emirates. TQM has been studied past but not context advantage, especially business paper aimed practices and their businesses' Emirates.
 Methodology: utilized a quantitative method aligned with positivist philosophy deductive approach. A structured questionnaire was used glean data from 54 participants. sample chosen through random sampling. launched online withdrawn after allocated timeline depleted. response rate 90% at time withdrawal. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.
 Findings: results showed that different such as customer focus, effective communication, continual improvement, fact-based decision making, strategic systematic approach, integrated system, employee involvement, process approach increased business's Also, adopt get time-based, cost, first mover, product differentiation, price advantages increasing satisfaction, reducing costs defects, attraction, loyalty, differentiation. Lastly, result positively affects UAE by overall competitiveness.
