The work is devoted to solving the problem of topological optimization in design lightweight structures. advantages and disadvantages popular methods are analyzed. One characteristic problems all dependence their results on grid partitioning. Besides, there a necessity recast geometry model structure. To solve this problem, it proposed perform formation cavities based ESO method directly at constructive solid from shape elements. main stages approach described, use clustering simplify surfaces formed justified.
