A phenomenon of topological directed amplification certain initial perturbations is revealed theoretically to emerge in a class asymptotically stable skin-effect lattices described by non-normal Toeplitz operators ${H}_{g}$ with positive ``numerical ordinate'' $\ensuremath{\omega}({H}_{g})>0$.
