Tools for Forming an Effective Industry Structure of Mining Region

The article discusses the tools as a means of influencing regional authorities, used to implement policy aimed at forming an effective structure industry coal-mining region. There are five main groups tools: economic, financial, organizational, legal and informational. Building industrial is one most important tasks, solution which increases efficiency stability country's economy whole. This task should be solved from level, since general state Russian depends on development regions. By region's we mean totality all enterprises in region with their sectoral focus types activity relationship between them. Such constantly dynamics subject changes structural shifts.
