Hydrogen sulphide is a toxic gas, it can cause range of physiological responses from simple annoyance to permanent injury and death. There are number approaches deal with the impacts gases. This study focused on minimizing hazard exposure for hydrogen sulfide in different operational zones activated sludge process sewage waterplant. Research tools/ conducted were interviews, gas testers, analysis report interpretation & quantitative risk assessment method. The was Arabian Peninsula during period (September 2019- September 2021). (13) locations tested concentrations inlet chamber, outlet channel, coarse /fine screens, primary sedimentation tank, tanks, secondary desulfurization unit, disc filters, chlorine dosing dewatering, silos digester tanks. found that highest concentration H<sub>2</sub>S chamber/ channel. severity hazards treatment plant using asphyxiation by extremely high harm public health, followed radiation electrical hazard, then (working at height, mechanical, traffic, chemical, physical, ergonomic, environmental, microbial natural). frequency occurrence health including infection Covid 19 virus mechanical (electrical, natural, physical Control measures recommended minimize working environment STP.
