Thinking with autoethnography in collaborative research: A critical, reflexive approach to relational ethics

چکیده
In this article, we propose a distinctive critical, reflexive approach to relational ethics in ‘collaborative, democratic and transformative’ research. Underpinning the is view that buzzwords of ‘collaboration’ ‘co-creation/co-production’ may signify equitable, symmetrical power relations and, as result, romanticise collaborative research straightforward processes inclusion. The integrates analysis play ‘with’ ‘research with, not on, people’ ‘co’ ‘co-creating knowledge’ into ongoing process. As main method for analysis, uses ‘thinking with’ autoethnography. illustrate by showing how ‘think autoethnographic texts respond discomfort analyse tensions co-constitution knowledge subjectivities preliminary phase collaborative, participatory project on dance people with Parkinson’s disease their spouses.
