چکیده
Introduction. Cylindrical and spherical shells are extensively used in engineering. They face internal and/or external pressure heat. Stresses strains distribution elastoplastic has been studied by many scientists. Numerous works involve the use of von Mises yield conditions, maximum shear stress, reduced stress. These condi- tions do not include dependence on first invariant stress tensor sign third deviator. In some cases, it is possible to obtain numerical-analytical solutions for stresses, displacements de- formations bodies with cylindrical symmetry under axisymmetric thermal force action. Elasto-plastic solution for thick-walled spherical vessels with an inner FGM layer
Purely elastic, partially and fully plastic stress states in a thick-walled spherical pressure vessel with an inner functionally graded material (FG) coating subjected to internal and external pressures are developed analytically in this paper. The modulus of elasticity and the uniaxial yield limit of the FG coating layer are considered to vary nonlinearly through the thickness. Using Tresca’s ...
متن کاملExact Elasticity Solutions for Thick-Walled FG Spherical Pressure Vessels with Linearly and Exponentially Varying Properties
In this paper, exact closed-form solutions for displacement and stress components of thick-walled functionally graded (FG) spherical pressure vessels are presented. To this aim, linear variation of properties, as an important case of the known power-law function model is used to describe the FG material distribution in thickness direction. Unlike the pervious studies, the vessels can have arbit...
متن کاملFluidity Onset Analysis in FG Thick-Walled Spherical Tanks under Concurrent Pressure Loading and Heat Gradient
In this paper, fluidity onset analysis in FG thick-walled spherical tanks under concurrent pressure loading and heat gradient has been presented. Designing thick-walled spherical tanks under pressure as tanks holding fluids under heat loads with high heat gradients require new approaches. Under high internal pressure and high temperature, the tank enters the plastic stage in a part of its thickn...
متن کاملStudy of Torsional Vibrations of Composite Poroelastic Spherical Shell-Biot’s Extension Theory
Torsional vibrations of composite poroelastic dissipative spherical shell are investigated in the framework of Biot’s extension theory. Here composite poroelastic spherical shell consists of two spherical shells, one is placed on other, and both are made of different poroelastic materials. Consideration of the stress-free boundaries of outer surface and the perfect bonding between two shells lea...

in Gaussian units and in spherical coordinates where a(t) is the radius of the shell, Q is the total surface charge, and H(x, x0) = ∫ x −∞ δ(x ′ − x0) dx′ is the Heaviside step function. However, magnetic charges do not exist, so we cannot have a radial magnetic field of the form (1). That is, the magnetic field is zero, B = 0 everywhere, no matter what is the time dependence a(t) of the radius...
