Few studies have examined the mental health of people in a leadership position. Most time, health-related policies were created for non-leaders to cope with perceived pressure from their leaders. Nevertheless, organizational leaders itself might be at stake due ‘acts’ they perform. This current study aimed investigate moderating effect social support and self-compassion on relationship between leaders’ emotional labor psychological well-being.
