The solution of the Stefan problem for determination temperature fields in biological tissue during cryoablation defined areas with a view to their identification and localization, followed by therapeutic action is proposed. Three types cryoinstruments considers that as first approximation presents one-dimensional problem. Identify three isothermal surfaces reveal zone influence, freezing necrosis. inverse determining coordinates dependence allows you find phase transitions. calculation results are consistent experimental data obtained from living organisms.
