Thermal conductivity of clay based material incorporating Argan Shell: Experimental characterization

چکیده
This research investigated the impact of agricultural biomass additives (Argan shell) on thermal and physical properties fired clay bricks for building application. The objective study is to characterize selected materials from molecule up final used in buildings. this study, are soil Argan shells, locally available brick making. shells were grinded then added mixture. Clay shows a formation pores during firing process 1050°C. As results, bulk density decreased due formation. On other hand, conductivity was reduced by 53% using 20wt% additives.
