Therapeutic Targeting of Regulated Signaling Pathways of Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma

چکیده
Non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is the most common cancer globally. Phytochemicals and small molecule inhibitors significantly prevent varying types of cancers, including NSCLC. These therapeutic molecules serve as important sources for new drugs that interfere with cellular proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis, angiogenesis by regulating signaling pathways. affect several cascades, p53, NF-κB, STAT3, RAS, MAPK/ERK, Wnt, AKT/PI3K, are thus implicated in management cancers. This review aims to describe bioactive compounds small-molecule inhibitors, their anticancer action, targeting cascades We highlighted potential Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), Perifosine, ABT-737, Thymoquinine, Quercetin, Venetoclax, Gefitinib, Genistein. further offers deeper mechanistic insights into different pathways could be targeted NSCLC therapy phytochemicals inhibitors.

متن کاملA review of the role of dopamine receptors and novel therapeutic strategies in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
Lung cancer is a very aggressive and most deadly cancer in both men and women. Lung cancer is divided into two types of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). NSCLC is divided into 3 subgroups: adenocarcinoma (AC), squamous cell carcinoma (SqCC) and large cell carcinoma (LCC). Dopamine is involved in controlling motions, cognition, emotions, memory and reward mech...
متن کاملDelphinidin Reduces Cell Proliferation and Induces Apoptosis of Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer Cells by Targeting EGFR/VEGFR2 Signaling Pathways
Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) have emerged as two effective clinical targets for non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In the present study, we found that delphinidin, an anthocyanidin, present in pigmented fruits and vegetables, is a potent inhibitor of both EGFR and VEGFR2 in NSCLC cells that overexpress EGFR/VEGFR2. Using the...

متن کاملA Case Report of Small Cell Lung Carcinoma in a Patient with Progressive Diffuse Sclerosis
Connective tissue diseases, including scleroderma, may be associated with an increased risk of lung cancer. The most common type of lung cancer associated with systemic sclerosis is adenocarcinoma or bronchoalveolar carcinoma, and small cell carcinoma is rare. This reports presents a 54-year-old non-smoker woman with a history of scleroderma who was examined due to aggravation of shortness of ...
