Systemic lupus erythematosus are all involved autoimmune illnesses with similar clinical, genetic and pathogenic characteristics. However, it is still uncertain what characteristics these disorder’s deoxyribonucleic acid methylation patterns have in common. To determine the typical of illnesses, we undertook to analyze data for numerous inflammatory disorders a unified manner, which included samples from systemic erythematosus. In clusters differentiation 4+ T cells, discovered 15 289 locations that were differently methylated patients various diseases compared controls medical imaging. addition this, artificial intelligence plays greater role predicting model therapeutic effect We determined genes type I interferon pathway significantly enriched at regions displayed most substantial differential methylation. Interferon-induced protein 44-like another interferon-related gene, but not annotated by gene ontology. The results showed cells often had hypo genes; moreover may be useful diagnostic indicators
