Theoretical model of stress testing in ferromagnetic plates under magnetic Barkhausen method

چکیده
As one of the important non-destructive testing techniques for evaluating material performance degradation and stress state, magnetic Barkhausen noise (MBN) has broad application prospects. Clarifying relationship between internal distribution detection signal can provide guidance state based on MBN signal. In this work, by constructing expression excitation intensity related to value, combining with attenuation effect during propagation, using layered model along thickness direction, we establish analytical surface ferromagnetic plate distribution. Based existing experimental results, it is confirmed that proposed reflect effects different uniform stresses in at frequencies. For distribution, its conductivity, electrical resistivity, are discussed detail model. The theoretical analysis work be applied mechanism evaluation method.

Phenomenology of Barkhausen Effect in Soft Ferromagnetic Materials
We present results on Barkhausen noise power spectrum in polycrystalli.ne 3 % SiFe, measured in the central part of the hysteresis loop as a function of permeability /I and magnetization rate I , in the range 2.6 x lo3 5 p / po 5 5.5 x lo4, 1.5 x ~o-~Ts ' 5 I 5 5 TS-'.
