Clinically it can be diagnosed parameters are gingival inflammation, loss clinical attachment, increased probing depth, bleeding on probing, and dental mobility. The figures have been found around 1.1 billion cases severe periodontal disease, in 2019. These amounts equivalent to 15% world population. Radio graphically, vertical, horizontal, or both bone may seen. therapy based five phases: systemic, hygienic, surgical, restorative maintenance. Currently, adjuvants favorable results. Oral probiotics, Lactobacillus strain specifically, studied non-surgical therapy. has shown patients gingivitis plus use probiotics mechanical therapy, reduction previously mentioned parameters.
