چکیده
The study aimed to test the effectiveness of ambon banana stems flour through feeding on health status and performance groupers reared in sea floating net cages. (8.27 ± 0.20 cm length 11.69 0.50 g weight) were 1 m × 1.5 cages with a stocking density 112 fish /m3 for 42 days. feed was commercial 46% 48% protein, which added 30 g/kg coating method. This consists three treatments replications, i.e. at beginning 7 days (A), 14 (B), without (control). observed parameters production performance, morphometric, hematological test, water quality. results showed that between not significantly different (P>0.05). Based morphometric total treatment A increased (P <0.05) compared control B. On 14th day it known highest erythrocyte, hemoglobin, hematocrit, leukocyte found B, however, differential did differ addition Ambon first (B) can improve but has been able increase grouper.

Parameter diamati produksi, morfometrik, uji hematologi pengukuran kualitas air. Hasil menunjukkan antar tidak berbeda signifikan Berdasarkan pada morfometrik bagian panjang untuk ditemukan peningkatan (P<0.05) dibandingkan kontrol Pada ke-14 diketahui eritrosit, hematokrit leukosit tertinggi terdapat sedangkan nilai diferensial Penambahan pertama dapat meningkatkan kesehatan, namun belum mampu kerapu.

Backcross breeding between TGGG hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus E. lanceolatus) and giant grouper (E. lanceolatus)
This paper reports on the first successful backcross breeding between TGGG hybrid grouper and GG in captivity. To establish a seed production technique for this new backcross grouper, eggs and larval development were observed. Three successful spawning was observed in November 2018, September 2019 and November 2019. The eggs were collected using stripping methods and the sperms were collected u...
متن کاملEvaluation of wound healing activity of extracts of plantain banana (Musa sapientum var. paradisiaca) in rats.
Plantain banana (M. sapientum var. paradisiaca, MS) has been shown to possess ulcer healing activity. The present work with plantain banana was undertaken with the premise that the drug promoting ulcer healing could have effect on wound healing also. Wound healing activity of MS was studied in terms of (i) percent wound contraction, epithelization period and scar area; (ii) wound breaking stren...

A ranavirus was isolated from the diseased farmed groupers (Grouper iridovirus in genus Ranavirus, GIV-R), Epinephelus hybrids (blotchy rock cod, Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀×giant grouper, Epinephelus lanceolatus ♂), in Sanya, Hainan, in July 2013. In this study, susceptibility of farmed juvenile giant grouper E. lanceolatus to GIV-R was determined by intraperitoneally injection. The cumulative...

متن کاملCharacterization of 10 novel microsatellite loci for the brown marbled grouper, Epinephelus fuscoguttatus (Serranidae).
Epinephelus fuscoguttatus is a commercially important marine fish species in southeast Asia. Due to overfishing and water pollution, this species has been declared as near-threatened. Thus, to provide information to help maintain and preserve the species, microsatellites were developed, using an enriched genomic library method. Thirty individuals were collected from the hatchery of the Fishery ...
