The Type of Childcare for Working Mothers in Indonesia

One of the problems faced by working mothers is caring for children, especially children who are still at an early age. This because their workplace does not allow them to bring small or provide daycare. study aims find out types child care that in Indonesia choose and considerations choosing type. research method uses a mixed-method design combining two quantitative qualitative data. Data collection was carried through surveys with questionnaire instruments interviews mothers. The number respondents surveyed 500 100 were interviewed. Interviews conducted person via telephone video calls using Zoom meeting WhatsApp applications. 2020 2021. results found five selected main being child's development, competence personality caregivers, conditions living area, cost.Keywords: childhood, mothers, care
