Nowadays, new generations of building envelope need to manage the energy exchange between outdoor and indoor environment responsively save energy. A significant amount solar heat gain in buildings comes through windows. The transparent also must answer visual requirements allowing for external vision but guarantying comfort conditions. In this framework, article aims test numerically thermal performance a design multifunctional glazed window combining most recent technologies used envelopes. Five distinct designs combing phase change material (PCM), vacuum glazing (VG), photovoltaic (PV), air cavity were tested hot weather proposed slide inside wall building. comprehensive transient Multiphysics model coupling thermo-electric PV, melting solidification PCM, transfer mechanisms gaps are developed. is step by validated with data literature.
