Due to the increasing appearance of global contagious diseases such as COVID-19, goal this research is directly and explicitly advance learning motivation, interests, performance online course participants into developing sustainable development strategic approaches discover effective solution question: how provide most courses strategy for contemporary higher education in order student’s confidence, desires? This accomplished by integrating three briefest analytical aspects Social Learning Theory, main theoretical philosophies Community, 10 core technological features determine critical determinants. Beyond complex measured results, valuable conclusions were: (1) highest Standardized Comparative Weight Scales (SCWS) was located Publicity Philosophy strategy, which meant first hypothesis accepted second third hypotheses were denied.
