It is critical that clinical social workers become actively aware of the endemic processes and manifestations racism, inequities, structures dynamics white supremacy within across organizational, supervisory relationships. The Structural-Clinical Model (SCM) presented, providing a multi-layered theoretically rich pathway for to examine intricate, multifaceted interconnections expressing racialized oppressive forces macro, meso micro systems impact totality practice. SCM integrates race theory, liberation psychology, relational theories bridging long standing theoretical conceptual divides. aims de-pathologize clients, recognizing instead pathology supremacy, other structural affecting organizations, relationships people’s lives, particularly those most racially, ethnically historically marginalized our society. introduced with assessment framework designed explore how inequalities produced by work relationship supervisor-therapist-client relationship. A multilevel case example provided demonstrate power influence service delivery can be identified through dialogue using in between worker client.
