Purpose: The cause of this research is to determine the effect timeliness on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
 Design/methodology/approach : This exercises explanatory type under a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in study were done by time series techniques. data analysis technique used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) tool.
 Findings: results indicate that punctuality has large direct impact Customer Satisfaction Loyalty. also good Practical implications Incentivize business field transportation operators
