چکیده
Background: The prognostic usefulness of abnormal heart rate recovery (HRR) as a predictor death has been discovered 1–3. Abnormal HRR results from inadequate vagal activation after exercise 4,5. association between and angiography in CAD (coronary artery disease) studied, however the conclusions are still being contested due to lack data 6–8. Objectives: purpose this study is see if an EST (exercise stress test) may predict severity syntax values individuals with stable at Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang (RSSA). Methods: This analytic observational study. It was held Saful anwar, during January 2017–December 2019, including 366 patients. All patients underwent test for screening coroner angiography. Those were divided into two groups, which included score < 23 (n=148) ≥ (n= 218). Chi-square analysis used analyze relationship correlation HRR1, HRR2 Syntax Score, compared HRR1 (heart first minutes), second minute) Score group. confounding factor adjusted multivariate logistic regression AUC curve. Results: There significant negatif score, strong (HRR1 ; OR = -2.11, p 0.00 :90,8%, -1,6, 0,48, : 70,4%). Conclusion: Decrease minutes patient related higher (>1).

Myocardial perfusion scan accuracy in detection of coronary artery disease - Comparison with exercise stress test [Persian]
Introduction: In patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) noninvasive evaluation for detection of ischemia is important to avoid invasive interventions like angiography. Exercise stress test is conventionally the first study used in evaluation of CAD. Considering the noninvasive nature of the myocardial perfusion scan, we decided to compare its accuracy with stress test. Methods: Patie...

15 صفحه اولTHALLIUM-201 STRESS TEST IN 156 PATIENTS WITH SUSPECTED CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE
Currently, myocardial TI-201 scintigraphy is most often performed in conjunction with exercise stress testing in patients with suspected or known CAD. Stress thallium tests were performed for 156 patients with and without old myocardial infarctions complaining of chest pain. All of them underwent contrast coronary angiography. Perfusion defects were mostly manifested as reversible defects ...
