By reason its importance context, this study aimed examine relationship between subjective happiness, satisfaction capital. The data were collected from totally 387 people working enterprises that provide recreational sports services determined according convenience sampling method. tested using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis covariance. Results demonstrated capital had direct positive effect on happiness. addition, influenced Lastly, indirectly positively affected happiness because partial mediating satisfaction. As result, it can be said being able stand up difficulties encountered work realize oneself one's strength psychology towards (psychological capital) is very important formation general personnel recreation life.
