Objectives: To determine the morphological changes of prostate gland effects Estrogen levels in obese versus non-obese males with BPH. All selected have BPH assessed by Global side effect score >7. Patients were divided into two groups non-obese, as indicated Body Mass Index (BMI) waist circumference (WC). Group (obese) had BMI ≥ 25; WC 90cm group B (non-obese) < 90cm. Trans rectal ultrasound estimation serum performed analyzed length, width, diameter volume prostate. Significant positive correlation observed (r 0.279, p- =0.031) between participants. Conclusion: Obesity compared participants within same age showed moderate obesity.
