Abstract Most of the solar cell parameters (short-circuit current, fill factor, power conversion efficiency) can only be determined by creating and measuring cell. However, there is an empirical relation that links energy level values materials in active layer to open-circuit voltage (U oc ) Due a variety possible methods used determine dispersion obtained results, this estimate not always correct. Even if correct are for separate materials, shift takes place at interfaces when two mixed. That why simple reliable experimental method U estimation required.
