Total content 2.37±0.02%. results GCMS studies showed presence 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, mono (2-ethylhexyl) ester; squalene, methyl palmitate, isopalmitate, n-tetracosanol-1 4-isopropyl chalcone.
 Conclusion: indicate that extracts contains chalcone have 51.35 ppm.
