In order to improve the performance of a mini-type air-cooled diesel engine in terms overall efficiency and emissions, swirl chamber variable cross-section dual-channel model was developed. This study proposed nine turbulent chambers with for combustion solution, which applied insert between original main chamber. Model-based design, simulation experiments were as feasible approach address this issue find out influence inclination angle divergence on rate chamber, power emissions performance, including fuel efficiency. By comparing tests, superior one single channel rate, consumption emissions.
