The Pattern of Hematological Manifestations in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients at Dr. Soetomo General Academic Hospital Surabaya

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune illness with a broad range of clinical manifestations, one which hematological manifestations that cause high morbidity and mortality if there delay in diagnosis. This research was conducted to analyze the pattern SLE patients. descriptive retrospective study. A total 106 patients systemic lupus erythematosus met inclusion criteria. Patients were dominated by female (94.34%) age group 18 - 27 years old (46.23%). The average hemoglobin level sample 8.16 g/dl anemia 99 (93.4%), morphologically normochromic normocytic 61 (57.55%). mean platelet count 192.77 x 10³ /µL thrombocytopenia found 26 (24.53%). lymphocyte 1.03 lymphopenia (79.25%). leukocyte 7.53 leukopenia 22 (20.75%). study concludes are females aged – most frequent abnormalities (morphologically anemia), thrombocytopenia, lymphopenia, leukopenia.
