The M/g/1 Feedback Retrial Queue with Two Types of Customers
In M/G/1 retrial queueing system with two types of customers and feedback, we derived the joint generating function of the number of customers in two groups by using the supplementary variable method. It is shown that our results are consistent with those already known in the literature when δk = 0(k = 1, 2), λ1 = 0 or λ2 = 0.
متن کاملA Tandem Queue with Two Markovian Inputs and Retrial Customers
A tandem retrial queue consisting of two stations is studied. The first station has a single server. An input flow at the first station is described by the Markovian Arrival Process ( MAP ). If a customer from this flow meets the busy server, it goes to the orbit of infinite size and tries its luck later on in exponentially distributed random time. The service time distribution at the first sta...
متن کاملA Single Server Retrial Queue in Bernoulli Schedule With Feedback on Non-Retrial Customers
In this paper, we consider an M/G/1 retrial queue with Bernoulli feedback and general retrial times where the external arrivals blocked either with probability q join the infinite waiting room called non-retrial queue or with probability p, (p+q = 1) leave the service area and enter the retrial group called orbit in FIFO discipline. Also we assume that only the customer at the head of the orbit...
متن کاملMultiserver retrial Queues with Two Types of nonpersistent Customers
We consider M/M/c/K (K ≥ c ≥ 1) retrial queues with two types of nonpersistent customers, which are motivated from modelling of service systems such as call centers. Arriving customers that see the system fully occupied either join the orbit or abandon receiving service forever. After an exponentially distributed time in the orbit, each customer either abandons the system forever or retries to ...
متن کاملAn M/G/1 Retrial Queue with Priority, Balking and Feedback Customers
We consider an M/G/1 queue with general retrial times where the blocked customers may balk the system, or join the priority queue, or enter the orbit. As soon as a customer is served, he will decide either to leave the system or join the orbit for another service in accordance with an FCFS discipline. We assume that only the customer at the head of the orbit is allowed to retry for service. We ...
